Hey Lovely!

Hi, I’m Julia Beninato – a hair and makeup artist based in Lowell, MA. I specialize in extensions, balayage, and all things bridal—these are truly my passions, and where I thrive creatively.

I’ve known I wanted to be a hairstylist since I was about eight years old. I didn’t fully understand what that path looked like back then, but I always knew it was what I was meant to do.

Right after high school, I enrolled at Lowell Hair Academy and graduated in June 2017. By October of that same year, I joined the team at Teal Hair & Makeup Studio, where I’ve been able to grow, create, and connect with the most amazing clients.

My specialties include extensions, blonding services, and bridal styling. I'm currently certified in Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) and working toward becoming a Master IBE Technician by mid to late 2026.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me teaching hot yoga, tending to my 19+ houseplants, or cruising around in my vintage 1970 VW bus. I’m a big green tea lover. My go-tos are either a Passion Tango Tea from Starbucks or a classic green tea from Dunkin’.
